Driving Directions
The East Coast Parkway electronic toll road runs straight between the airport and Singapore City Centre. Cash cards for Electronic Road Pricing can be purchased from car hire companies at the airport.
Car Parking
The airport has three car parks offering various tolls for short and longer stays. Car Park 1 has 900 spaces for cars and 100 for motorcycles and serves Terminal 1, while Car Parks 2B and 2A are multistorey car parks with 2,600 spaces for cars and 600 for motorcycles and serve Terminal 2. Car Parks 3B and 3A have 1,700 spaces for cars and 130 for motorcycles and serve Terminal 3.
Car Hire
Avis has car rental counters in all terminals, while Hertz has offices in Terminal 2 and Terminal 3 only.
Public Transport
Rail: The MRT station is located in Terminal 2. It takes about 27 minutes to reach the city from the airport by train. Passengers heading to the airport are advised to note the names of the terminal stations (Pasir Ris or Changi Airport).
Road: Bus: Frequent public bus services leave the bus stations located in the basements of each terminal. Exact change is required, and there are changing machines in the Arrivals halls in both terminals. The Ground Transportation Centre is situated in the Arrivals hall of Terminal 1 and provides information on all forms of transport to/from the airport.
Taxi: Taxi ranks are situated outside the Arrivals hall and are available 24 hours a day. Six-seater MaxiCab taxis run an airport shuttle service between the airport and any hotel in Singapore (except Le Meridien Changi and hotels in Sentosa) and anywhere in the central business district.

Eating and drinking: The airport has restaurants, cafés, bars, delis, fast-food outlets and snack bars, offering Western and Asian cuisine; many are open 24 hours.
Shopping: There are several shops at the airport, including duty-free and a 24-hour mini-supermarket in all terminals.
Luggage: Left luggage is available in all terminals. The information and customer service counters in both terminals can be approached about lost or found items.
Other facilities: These include medical clinics, a 24-hour medical centre (tel: 6543 1118 or 6543 2223 (for emergency)) and pharmacies. There is also a swimming pool, spa, showers, massage and a fitness centre, as well as multi-faith prayer rooms and hair and beauty services. Baby change rooms and children’s play areas are also available; most female toilets have baby change facilities. The airport also has several attractive themed gardens.

There are business centres located in the transit hotels (tel: 6542 5538 (for Terminal 1) or 6542 8122 (for Terminal 2) or 6823 5300 (for Terminal 3)). Facilities include workstations with modems, photocopying, fax machines and meeting rooms. Secretarial and translation services are also available upon request. The iConnect centre in Terminal 2 offers video conferencing facilities and Internet access.
Facilities for Disabled Travellers
The airport has level access, lifts, ramps, accessible toilets and a 24-hour wheelchair hire service at the medical centres (tel: 6543 1118). Passengers requiring special assistance should inform their airline prior to travel.
Hotels
It is possible to take a nap either in a cubicle or a budget room at the Rainforest Lounge (tel: 6541 8518; website: www.rainforestbysats.com) at Transit Mall West, Level 3, in Terminal 1 or the Plaza Premium Lounge (tel: 6545 0388; website: www.plaza-ppl.com/sg_en/index.php) at Transit Mall South, Level 3, in Terminal 2. The Transit Hotel (tel: 6542 5538 (for Terminal 1) or 6542 8122 (for Terminal 2); website: www.airport-hotel.com.sg) provides rooms on site in both terminals on a six-hourly basis. Crowne Plaza (tel: 6823 5300; www.ihg.com) has a hotel beside Terminal 3 level 1 Arrivals. Otherwise the nearby Changi Village Hotel (tel: 6379 7111; website: www.changivillage.com.sg) provides a free shuttle service to/from the airport.
