The airport is located 12km (7.5 miles) northeast of Perth.

Transfer between the international and domestic terminals is by shuttle bus or taxi. For more information on terminal transfers, contact the Ground Transport Services (tel: (08) 9365 9777).

For the International terminal, travel east along the Great Eastern Hwy from Perth city centre, turn right onto Tonkin Hwy and head south-east, turning left at Horrie-Miller Drive. For the domestic terminals, travel east along the Great Eastern Hwy from Perth city centre and turn right at Brearley Avenue.

There are large parking areas at both the Domestic and International terminals, directly in front of the terminal buildings, with both short- and long-term parking available. Secure, undercover car parking is available at the Domestic Terminal Fast Track facility in Car Park 1 and 2, with short-term and long-term rates available.

Avis, Budget, Europcar, Hertz and Thrifty are all represented at the airport.

Road: Bus: The Perth Airport City Shuttle (tel: (08) 9277 7958) runs between the airport’s terminals and the city; stops are located near hotels, motels and hostels in Perth. The Fremantle Airport Shuttle service (tel: (08) 9335 1614) to Fremantle, a suburb of Perth, is also available.
Taxi: Taxi ranks are situated outside the Domestic and International terminals; travellers may be required to pay their fare in advance. The same fare applies for either a single person or a group.

There is a self-help information centre on the ground floor of the International Terminal. Volunteer customer service officers are also available daily to provide information and answer enquiries. They are recognisable by their distinctive gold jackets.

Money and communications: There are several bureaux de change open daily for all flights, some of which also offer travel insurance; ATMs and telephones are located throughout the airport. There is also a postal service at the airport. Mobile phone hire is available. Internet access machines are located in all terminals, and Wireless Internet access is also available.
Eating and drinking: There are several restaurants, bars and cafés in the International terminal, including a pub and wine bar.
Shopping: An extensive range of duty-free goods is available in Terminal 1 (International).
Luggage: The airport has lost property offices in Terminal 1 (International) (tel: (08) 9478 8503), Terminal 2 (tel: (08) 9270 9504) and Terminal 3 (tel: (08) 9478 8703). Left-luggage lockers are located outside both the international and domestic terminals. Other facilities: Baby changing rooms are available in all terminals. Showers are also available. A non-denominational quiet room for prayer or quiet contemplation is available for airport users on the ground floor of Terminal 1. An outdoor playground for kids is located just outside Terminal 1. A First Aid service can be contacted by calling (tel: (08) 9478 8572/3).

There are no conference facilities at the airport. The Comfort Inn Bel Eyre (tel: (08) 9277 2733; website: www.beleyremotel.com.au), 4km (2.3 miles) from the airport, can provide meeting and conference facilities for up to 100 delegates, with audiovisual equipment for hire and catering available.

The airport is fully accessible to disabled passengers. Wheelchairs are available on request for passengers to use within the terminals, subject to availability.

There are no hotels at the airport. The Comfort Inn Bel Eyre (tel: (08) 9277 2733; website: www.beleyremotel.com.au) is situated nearby, about 4km (2.5 miles) from the airport. Information on accommodation is available from the self-help information centre on the ground floor of the International Terminal, which has a direct telephone link to a hotel booking centre.
