The airport is situated 7km (4.5 miles) north of Norwich.


Driving Directions

From Norwich, the airport can be reached by following the A140 Cromer Road northbound, which is clearly signposted ‘Airport’ from the Norwich Ring Road.

Car Parking

Both short- and long-stay car parking are available on-site from NCP (tel: 0870 606 7050; website: www.ncp.co.uk). A 600 space short-stay car park is located adjacent to the terminal building, a very short walk away. A 550 space long-stay car park is located slightly further away, but still just a short walk from the terminal building. Pre-booked customers can park in the short-stay car park at long term rates. Drop off facilities in front of the terminal building are available to disabled Orange Badge Holders.

Car Hire

Avis, Hertz and Europcar all have desks located in the main concourse area.

Road
Bus:
First Buses (tel: (01603) 760 076; website: www.firstgroup.com) operate a service between Norwich city centre and the airport. Bus 27 runs hourly (journey time - 20 minutes).
Taxi: The Norwich International Taxi Association (tel: (01603) 424 044), provides a service to and from the airport through its fleet of dedicated taxis. The taxi rank is located adjacent to the main terminal building.

General airport information is available at the information desk centrally located in the main concourse. Information on arrivals and departures, car parking and airport facilities is available.

Money and communications: Bureau de change facilities and ATMs are available. Telephones can be found throughout the airport and Internet access is available in the airport's executive lounge.

There are two bars, a restaurant and a cafe in the main concourse and the departure lounge of the airport.
Shopping: Shops include a duty-free shop, newsagents and travel agent. 
Luggage: Trolleys are available.
Other facilities: These include a children’s play area in the centre of the departure lounge, baby changing facilities, nursing mothers’ rooms and a travel agency.

Facilities for Disabled Travellers

The airport is all on one level, so has no stairs or escalators to hinder wheelchair users. Reserved parking for disabled travellers is situated directly opposite the front entrance of the airport. Adapted toilet facilities are located both in the main concourse and the departure lounge. Passengers with special needs can request to pre-board their aircraft and ground staff are available to assist them at any time.
