The airport is situated 7km (4 miles) northeast of Naples.

The terminals are located close together and passengers can walk between them.

From the centre of Naples, take the Tangenziale (bypass) road towards Pozzuoli and turn off at the exit marked ‘Secondigliano/Aeroporto.’

There are six car parks at the airport with over 1,400 spaces (tel: (081) 789 6325 or 6434). The car parks are located along the main entry road to the airport. P1 (opposite Terminal 2) is for long-term parking and P2, P3, P4 and P6 provide short-term parking. P5 offers a car valet parking service, operated by Quick No Problem Parking (tel: (081) 230 1563 or 619 0168; website: www.quickparking.it).

Avis, Dollar, Europcar, Hertz, Maggiore/National and Sixt all have desks located in the Arrivals hall.

Road
Bus: ANM buses (ligne 3S) (tel: 800 639 525; website: www.anm.it) run to Napoli Centrale railway station. Alibus shuttle buses (website: www.alibus.it) also run to Napoli Centrale railway station and then to Piazza Municipio in the centre of Naples.
Taxi: Taxis are available from outside Arrivals, with fixed rates to various destinations within Naples' city limits.

The customer service desk, open between 0530 and 2330, is located on the ground floor in Arrivals. Flight, airport and tourist information is provided here, as well as services such as VIP assistance and porter service.

Money and communications: A bank and a post office are located on the right-hand side of Terminal 1, very close to the terminal building. ATMs and bureaux de change are located in both Arrivals and Departures Terminal 1. Four Internet points are available on the first floor and in the Departures lounge, equipped with monitors, keyboards and web-cams.
Eating and drinking: There is a selection of restaurants, bars, cafes and snack bars at the airport.
Shopping: Shops are concentrated in the Galleria Napoli, on the first floor of Terminal 1. There is a duty-free shop in the Departures lounge. A newsagent and gift shop is located in the check in area.
Luggage: Trolleys are available throughout. A new 24-hour lost property service and lost baggage assistance (tel: 199 280 180) is now available.
Other facilities: A Red Cross medical centre is located in Arrivals, with medical assistance available daily 24 hours. Car wash is available next to the P1 car park.

The Telelink Internet Centre (tel: 081 789 6749) is situated on the first floor and offers a wide range of services including Internet, PC with Office, photocopying, scanning, telephone and fax facilities, and videoconferencing. Meeting rooms are available on request (tel: 081 789 6259), with equipment, catering and a variety of executive services available. There are also several VIP lounges.

The airport is well-equipped for disabled travellers with lifts, ramps, wide pavements and pedestrian crossing with sound signals for visually impaired passengers. Reserved parking is also available close to the terminal. Two call buttons outside the airport enable those needing assistance to contact a staff member and there are help points within the terminals. The Sala Amica welcomes disabled travellers and staff there can provide special assistance. This service must be booked prior to travel. Call 848 888 777 for further information. Disabled passengers should inform their airline of any special needs prior to travel. 

The Charming International Hotel (tel: 081 231 1004; website: http://international.hotelsinnapoli.com) is located very close to the airport and can be reached on foot or with the hotel shuttle. The 4-star Holiday Inn Napoli (tel: 081 225 0111; website: www.ichotelsgroup.com) is located 6km (3.7 miles) from the airport and can be reached using the complimentary shuttle bus provided by the hotel.
